Between the lines: - Free frames the club as a response to people who work hard but may be overlooking recovery, nervous system regulation and connection. - The phone-free design is meant to reduce distraction and push members toward more in-person interaction. - The concept reflects a broader wellness trend highlighted by the 2026 Global Wellness Summit toward more social and transformational experiences. - Free said the goal is for members to challenge themselves, recover, learn and enjoy taking care of themselves. - Free said wellness becomes different when people do sauna and cold-plunge activities together, because conversation and encouragement replace isolation. - Free said meaningful connection starts when people put down their phones and stay present.

What's next: - Elemental appears positioned to expand its programming through classes, workshops, retreats and community events as membership grows. - The club’s mix of guided experiences and open-flow access suggests a model built for repeat visits rather than one-time appointments. - Free’s broader vision points to continued emphasis on social wellness and recovery-centered experiences in the region.

The bottom line: - Elemental Wellness Club is trying to turn wellness into a social habit, not just a solo treatment.
